Physiotherapy First Limited was established in 2007 by physiotherapist Jonathan Hope, HPC (Health Professions Council) and CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) registered.

Jonathan has experience working as a chartered and registered physiotherapist, within the NHS and also with professional rugby and football clubs. The core areas of physiotherapy which Jonathan has covered are:

• Musculoskeletal
• Respiratory care- including intensive care
• Neurological rehabilitation- stroke services
• Elderly care
• Orthopaedics- joint replacements 

Prior to becoming a chartered physiotherapist, Jonathan achieved a BSc (honours) in sport and exercise science. Experience was gained working with the Royal Navy, Portsmouth FC, Stoke City FC,  AFC Bournemouth, Port Vale FC, Charlton Athletic FC, Scunthorpe United FC and Hednesford Town FC. Working with such teams has helped develop an in-depth knowledge of treating the most minor to the most complex of conditions.

Links to the NHS, specifically local GPs and consultants, has meant that patients can be treated alongside NHS referrals and meaning patients can always be assured that the greatest possible attention is paid to their care.
